Softite Community Federal Credit Union, Martins Ferry, OH

I have been using Softite for about a year now. They have been better than any bank that I have ever dealt with. I love all the perks too, especially the friendly staff that make me feel like family everytime I walk through the door.

I open a checking account at Softie in St. Clairsville. They were great. A few months later I was purchasing an expensive item and they were quick to call me to make sure it was not fraud. I greatly appreciated and was very thankful that they had done that for me. I highly recommend them.

We have been with Softite since 1996. We have both a personal account and a business account. Their products and service are second to none. I'll never use a bank again!

I went in to open a checking. They didn't ask, or tell me anything about their dealings. They opened me a savings. I asked for a checking. They acted like they had done nothing wrong. It was completely understood I never wanted to deal with this CU ever again in St Clairsville the next day. They were completely rude too. Said they couldn't because of a $59 chargeoff 3 years ago. Said I needed to pay it. On the sheet it had a settlement date and said paid....Unprofessional and completely, blantantly ignorant.

I would like to take a minute and thank Softite Community Federal Credit Union for opening a branch here in Mingo Junction. Softite not only offers all your banking needs, they truly care about the people (their needs), the community and Softite gives back to the communities. Thank you Softite.
