The staff is kind and helpful, any questions I have had have always been answered without giving me the runaround. As well as they worked with me after my brother passed so I could afford his funeral arrangements while still staying up to date on my payments. By far one of the best businesses I have had the pleasure to interact with.

Took several attempts to sign up. Turns out they had wrong phone number to notify me when document sent. Once corrected done in one day. Other then that would be 5 star rating.

I’ve used Mainer finance to refinance my Jeep. The Jeep was totaled in an accident. I paid for gap insurance. They received my insurance check but have advised me I need to make a payment to keep loan in good standing. They got a $15000 check to payoff. Yet they are threatening to send loan to attorney. Loan isn’t 30 days late seems they are trying to not pay my gap insurance. I will never use this company again. I would advise you to go somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would. The seem to have no preying to mess with people’s credit.

Got one of there checks in the mail so I decided to go ahead and take the loan the check said bank of America on it so I took it there they said that they couldn't cash it so I called Marine finance so he told me to take it to a check cashing place so I did that and they wouldn't cash it

We were very pleased with the service, timing and courtesy that was extended from the time we contacted the office to the final completion of the transaction.

Very easy to work with. I recommend this place.

Was told $2300 ,then when I get there it was $1200, due to someone not doing there job correctly
