Richwood Bank, Marysville, OH

My personal experience with the Richwood Bank has not been positive. Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous but I've been dealing with them and their partner Zelle to resolve an issue for over a month. The problem occurred on March 7th and is still unresolved. Money was withdrawn from my account yet never transferred. I've received conflicting information every time I've spoken to someone. The one thing that has remained constant is the agreement that money was withdrawn from my account yet never made it to its proper destination. I've spent hours on the phone, messages and in person at the bank. I'm not one step closer to having the issue resolved. After the last message I received from the Richwood Bank I have little hope of every recovering my funds. Update: Not long after writing this review the Richwood Bank deposited the disputed funds into my account. I wish they would have done this weeks ago.

Best banks are local banks! Tellers are extremely friendly, there are great account options, AND they serve coffee and muffins!

Richwood Bank has been so helpful after my husband passed. I love that they have very friendly and so nice. I’m so satisfied that they keep up with the Security.

I want to give a shoutout to Tiffany Wood and all the people at Richwood bank they have helped me so much I really appreciate them

Saw this awesome video on KULT news. This is the first bank I’ve ever seen that gives back to the community. I recommend stopping in and checking out their coffee shop. They have a little coffee shop that is 100% community driven and gives back 100% to the community. They are also very friendly welcoming place all the way . highly highly recommended!

Saw this branch and manager Beth featured on KULT News. The awesome staff presented as super courteous & professional. Excellent representatives of the town of Marysville and Richwood Bank. And they support great charities!
