More than four months have passed since we paid off our mortgage loan and we still have not received our escrow refund. I have called and emailed the bank multiple times to no avail. Each time I called, I waited in excess of 45 just to get someone to answer the call. The merger between First Federal Bank and Home Savings Bank was clearly not an improvement in the level of customer service.
