Susan Jester was a joy to work with for our mortgage. She’s the epitome of good customer service! Catherine Hanslik was also great and helped us set up our checking account. The only complaint I have is the online systems are terrible and feel very dated. We ran into a lot of account access issues. But the staff is great!
