OneMain Financial, Middletown, OH

My application info was sent to them from another company. Paul called me and went over everything stating that looking at my credit report he could approve me for a personal loan for 5,800, he said that my credit score of 702 was a lot higher then the minimum of 635 to approve me also stated that I had no bankruptcies and never have been late on my payments. He stated that he needed a couple more items so I could get my loan which were two paycheck stubs, DL, showing I get child support, and my registration of my car. After getting off the phone with him I get a email from Onemain saying im approved but I had to send the following items. After rushing to send them in so I could get approved Paul calls before end of day that it will be the next day. The next day came and Paul now says I need a co-signer that my car isn't worth much and that my debt to ratio is to high. Ummmm he had my credit report and saw what was on it as well as he knew my vehicle info as well and still told me he could get me approved, but now a day later you cant??? Im sorry dont say things you cant promise or guarantee. He told me that for 5,800 I had to own a 2016 or newer vehicle lol. Unless i am a millionaire who owns that new of a vehicle? Tried to load the email attachment but google took it off :(

Brad at the onemaim branch in middletown branch has gone out of his way to help get some issues resolved. The rest of the staff is very polite and personable. Great to do business with such a great team.

Trying to get my kid a loan by being co/signer. We were denied, I own my home, 2 cars, and a large 401 account, she has steady income, but do to me being semi retired, denied. Ridiculous

Paul was very knowledgeable and made the loan process super easy and quick. I was approved and the loan was processed within 3 days.
