Always a pleasure! Lisa and Brandy have always been so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to explain everything and make sure you understand. My husband has some problems understanding and also social anxieties. He is always treated with respect and kindness. Yes the fees areca pain but the customer service exhited at this location is phenomenal!

RUN!!! BORROW ANYWHERE ELSE!! NOT HERE!! I used to borrow here but now AFTER you pay off, IN TOTAL, THEY CALL YOUR PERSONAL CONTACTS to get you to pay some bogus “fee” that has NOTHING to do with your loan. THEN to KEEP them from calling personal contacts, I went against my grain & paid them the fee they said I owed (which I didn’t) & they said since I “closed” it I wouldn’t get any more phone calls ... then three months later they called my friends again and wanted more money!!! I have an old them any money for five months zero balance!) Unless you want them calling your contacts for money you don’t owe, NEVER EVER BORROW FROM HERE!!

I have been threatened by this loan company the charges outrageous fees offer to pay them back 25 a month when I am on social security they need to be investigated

These ladies are amazing they do everything they can to help people out and this woman named Sheila does everything in her power to try to help people and the other ladies do too and they're all amazing go check out their store and see what I'm talking about and you won't regret it they're all lovely ladies

Just had the most unbelievable experience here! I walked in and let them reach into my pockets and take 10% of a donation given to me by the American Legion. I am a homeless veteran and 10% of what was donated was a VERY STEEP price to pay to cash a check! I'm disgusted that someone thinks that's a fair transaction. MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE PAYING BEFORE YOU CASH HERE! They will not tell you until it's too late!
