It's been in minerva forever. the whole family bank there. Very nice staff. Parking and handicap parking. Not entrance. We love it.

They make you jump through hoops then they double charge you on your payments, when you catch on they tell you too bad, and hang up on you when you ask for a manager. Oh and if you want the money back they'll overdraft your account to fix their mistakes. Definitely don't recommend them. Especially krista who found it smart to get loud and rude in front of a child. No customer service skills at all.

I do not recommend this institution. They made me jump through hoops to get approved for a loan. They told me I was approved and then decided they weren't going to do it. Take your business elsewhere. Consider yourself warned...

All of the ladies know most people by names, always smiling and friendly. And I will never go anywhere else.
