CES Credit Union, Mount Vernon, OH

I have no idea why anyone hasn't addressed the crazy wait times. Lobby, drive through, doesn't matter. Have to go there Friday at 5? Pack a dinner. OMG it is like gouging your eyes out. And for the love of god, do NOT EVER WEAR A HAT INSIDE. Its against their policy and they will all have heart attacks if they see you in one. They think you will be robbing them I guess. I was required to show a photo ID to make a deposit, and they made my 5 year old pull down his face mask (during covid) so "their security cameras can get a good look at his face, just in case". Wish I was making this up. The weirdest rules you will ever come across. Huuuuuge plus: Lowest car loan interest rates in the county, (I've had several throughout the years) so that's awesome, but I do all my banking online because you never know if its gonna take 3 mins or 3 weeks to make a deposit.

I switched from another company and i love Ces credit union. There was 1 bad teller but when they recognised her rudeness she was gone. The rest have been nothing but awesome to my husband and I. Glad I made the switch.

I could not even imagine going to another bank or credit union! CES is awesome,their staff is super friendly and it really has a very comfortable atmosphere.

If there was a zero star option I would use it, I have had consistently excellent service at the Yauger road branch but at this branch we have had consistently bad service, I try and give people the benefit of the doubt for 1 or 2 difficult experiences but every time my husband or I have gone in there the staff have been unpleasant and unhelpful bordering on blatant rudeness on a couple of occasions. I would suggest using the other branch even if it means a drive across town.

Moving up a lil bit in this world and couldn't ask for a better, safer, more reliable, best place to build up money Credit Union! Thanks everyone for all your help
