I never thought I could get a mortgage but Chris Harmon walked me right through the process and made it so easy and affordable. He always listened to me and guided me in the best direction. He would even answer questions about living in different areas versus others and what I should look for and watch out for. He is the best and I refer all my friends to him.

Such a great experience working with Chris and team, they communicated effectively and worked through any hiccups we came across in a timely fashion. They were great about answering any questions we had during the process. They were able to provide us guidance through the entire process when other banks had been unwilling/unable to work with us.

The process of getting a mortgage was easy, however, I’m not a fan of a company that sells your loan to another financial institution within two weeks. The closing fees were extremely high in my opinion. Their percentage rates are higher than others. I guess it’s my fault for not being more thorough. This company was recommended by someone. I learned a lesson the hard and expensive way!

Being a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what buying a house really entailed. Fairway helped me out tremendously by answering any question I had and making this big step in my life as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anybody I knew that was looking to buy a house. Especially first time buyers!
