I am trying to sell a house. The buyer was pre-approved by Concord Mortgage and we entered into contract to with the buyer. The Concord Mortgage company waited until all the way until a week away from closing to suddenly come back and not fully approve the buyers loan. Now all of my stuff is in storage and I have to pay another months of house utility costs and I am unemployed. I would avoid this mortgage company. They do not do their proper homework correctly pre-approve mortgages and everyone in the process pays the price. Julie told me to move on. Very unprofessional and could not care less about their customers.

Julie and her staff are very professional. Buying my first home I did what you should never do. I took a homeloan out not knowing anything about it. I recently bought my seconed home. Not only did Julie help with the loan she educated me and we were able to find one that fit perfectly.. Thank you Julie and the wonderful team you have
