Huntington Bank, Napoleon, OH

This bank does anything to get a dollar out of their customers. Took over sky bank and the tellers had to call to say free accounts were now being charged. Also, denied a personal loan after no late house payments and an early payoff of a truck loan. Was told wouldn't look at anyone under 700 credit score but mine was almost 720 according to Henry county bank which approved me in less than an hour...

Have difficulties talking to a real person when calling this branch. Have to leave voice mails frequently.

Good customer service.
