I've been a customer with OMF for a few years now and never had a single complaint... until this time. This was by far, the worse experience I've had. I started the process online Monday and they reached out fairly quickly. After that, I had to call them multiple times to find out or follow up with the application. At one point I was told they would call back in 10 minutes, 2 hours later I had to called them. Wednesday my loan was approved, they were to call me Thursday morning and never did. Finally by Friday afternoon after calling them again, my loan was completed. Not once did they apologize or even give an explanation as to why it was taking so long or for not returning my calls.

Everybody did a great job.. Thank you Monica Weaver for everything appreciate you and your coworkers.

Angie and her staff are so professional and friendly, I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes with everything handled perfectly, couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
