I have bought, sold, and financed over 20 homes+ in my years. Both personal homes and investment properties. My sister who represented us as our Real Estate Agent [which means she is going to be 100% upfront with me on her thoughts as well and she is a very high volume, experienced Agent]...together we have NEVER come close to seeing such a simplified, well-oiled, promises kept, responsive beyond expectations Mortgage Process ever. I can also say that I can't recall a time where the "Good Faith" Docs you receive right off the bat did not increase at all. As a matter of fact, they WENT DOWN!! I can't say I have had that in 10+ years if ever. They also didn't change 10 times in the process. Thank you for being so upfront, responsive and blowing us away with your customer service. It is hard to find a company like this anymore, and to anyone reading this review...it is 100% non-paid, non-promised and I am just a regular investor who happened to find a great company to work with. Robert’s program to help people buy homes is awesome. i have tried for 15 plus years to purchase a home, but always got told my credit was bad and to bring up my score and never how to do what they asked. My realitor referred my husband and I to Carson home loans and gave us Robert’s name October 2021 and by January 3, 2022 we are NOW in our first house!!! All i did was call, talk to him and take notes on everything he said and went by everything he suggested! So take it from me if you are ready and keep getting the door slammed in your face by other mortgage companies saying no, no, no!
