I had a very positive expieriece working with Jeff. A financial emergency can be very stressful.Jeff was very knowledgeable at his job. It was a very quick stress-free expierience. I don’t even want to give a STAR they are terrible with customer service everybody except Roy which is the manager they harrass me and talked to me like I was nothing this can not go on

Wish I could give zero stars! Denied my friend service of cashing his check. Interrogated him as if his check was suspicious, when all of the information necessary was provided. If he was a white man I'm sure there would have been no questions asked and the check would have been cashed immediately.

I went in the other day to cash a big check cause my bank refused to cash it, so they went they extreme to make sure that i got my money and also gave me a significant discount on my fee for it to be cashed.. they also Educated me on the banks cards they have and how they do taxes as well.. this is an one stop shop.. theses lady’s were wonderful even when i was getting upset, they remained professional and gave good customer service.. i will be back!!!

I couldn’t get to my bank to cash my check… Shana took care of me and got me in the system with no hassle… I didn’t see any bias based off my race as someone previously claimed in a review… Will be back again 😉 …
