I have been banking with them for nearly 17 years. I have never been happier with this financial institution. The staff is wonderful, the loan manager is fabulous and assists your needs to work for your best savings and interest and the bank manager is great. The have a wonderful board of directors also. It would be nice to have a drive through, but going in increases the chances on them having a first name basis relationship with you. I've had nothing but 5 star service all these years.

Very simple banking and friendly staff. No cost banking is a huge plus just wish I could have applied for the debit card while waiting on direct deposit. I feel like I have very limited usage without a debit card

Garbage hours, getting an ATM card was a NIGHTMARE (spent 10 hours on the phone trying to figure out why the pin I selected was not applied to the card, they wouldn't even reset it over the phone!!) and probably the rudest tellers I have ever encountered. I realize this is a small bank, but this is ridiculous. Hopefully the FBI investigates them while they do Ralph Infante.
