OneMain Financial, Niles, OH

Getting this loan was very easy. One Main did everything over the phone. I did everything from my home. I would recommend them to my closest Friends and Family, very good company to work with. I've had several loans through them wonderful people!!!

I have mixed feelings about OneMain Financial. They were quick to respond to me and my loan, which was nice. They sounded very professional on the phone and understood that I was at work and couldn't talk right that second. Well, they ran 3 hard inquires on my credit. Didn't collect any information on my "budget" than told me my payment that was quoted at like $78 a month didn't fit in my budget so they couldn't approve me. That was after I called them back cause they completely blew me off. In my opinion I felt like it was screw me cause they couldn't loan me money. Very unprofessional.

Big Trash. The employees here and OneMain in general. Drew out my app for 3 weeks and I had to continuously call and check on my application. Went from being pre approved to denied in the matter of three weeks. Sucks at calling people back. Last time I try a loan through them. Garbage. Y’all are garbage.

They were happy to call me at least twice a day while I was approved and then my situation changed a little and had a question and couldn't even get a return call or email. Thats so unprofessional. Screams you just want my money and dont care about me as a person and for that I will forever take my business elsewhere. Also, the manager called and demanded I call and speak to him and only him after I threatened a bad review lol too late for that buddy all you had to was answer my original question.

Nothing worse then asking the same question 3 times and being promised they can fulfill your wishes. Just to realize that it was nothing you agreed upon! I was told my payments would be split up as biweekly payments. Not only was that a lie, but my first car payment was $200 more then we agreed upon. Of course the first thing they say is there's nothing we can do . Which I never asked them to do anything. I just wanted to let them know how misleading they are. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
