Mario and the team of tellers are always friendly and helpful. I have been able to open a savings, a personal loan and now a HELOC, since I bought a home. The rates have been very fair. The website is easy to use and the inside of the Norton, Ohio branch is open and has a modern decor. Very happy with NH FCU.

I'm very frustrated that the ATM at this location is constantly "temporarily unavailable". I have had this inconvenience about half a dozen times over the last month. Usually when this happens, I can just go inside and withdrawal money instead, but today since it was down before they opened at 9, and I had my baby with me, I was not able to go inside and had to go pay an outrageous ATM FEE at the gas station instead :(
