Did a loan here never again! Gave them back there money ASAP they called so much barely give me 2 1/2 weeks to give back called all the time to remind me I was beyond annoyed... Never again not to mention I paid over 100$ over..Never get a loan from here go sell blood before coming here you will regret it.

Got to say at least at this one, the young lady was very nice and very professional. I wouldn't go back to Warsaw after dealing with the black girl there, so winded up in Norwood. But credit where it's due for this young lady. They should all be like her.

Great service and awesome staff. Greatful that they were able to help me get cash right after Christmas. I'll definitely go there to file my taxes.

DO NOT LET THEM FILE YOUR TAXES YOU WILL NOT GET THEM BACK BY DIRECT DEPOSIT AFTER SHE ASKED ME FOR MY DIRESCT DEPOSIT INFORMATION. SHE IS A SCAM ARTIST ITS ALL ABOUT THEIR MONEY AMD CARES NOTHING ABOUT YOUR SITUATION. IF YOU NEED THE LOAN GO THROUGH AN EXPERIENCED TAX SERVICE SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING . THE GIRL WHO DOES THEM DID NOT SET UP MY DIRECT DEPOSIT NOW I WILL BE WAITING A EXTRA TWO WEEKS FOR A CHECK!

Do not recommend Norwood Location Recently reported cashier for stealing my funds all on camera. Reported to corporate and believe she’s still currently employed.. would avoid this location

I walked in to receive a loan. I was created by everyone. I believe her name is Bailey. She was so kind to help me. She was patient and attentive in every way. I will definitely be returning!

I’ve been coming to this branch for years when needing some extra funds, when adulting is stressful, this staff has always been smiling, friendly, helpful, patient, never makes you feel like your a bother, engages in small talk with laughs, but stays with the tasks at hand. They are a special group of people with some real magical powers of kindness- please keep up the good work it really means a lot!! Don’t let anyone steal your sunshine ☀️
