I called on a Saturday and asked if they could cash a check for me because the banks were closed. The lady on the phone said they'd cash it at 4.9% which is ridiculous but we really didn't have a choice unless we waited until Monday when the banks were open. We drove out their and the lady I talked to on the phone said she couldn't cash it because the banks were closed and they couldn't verify the check. My husband explained that I had just called and they said they could cash it. She said "Well she didn't tell me how much the check was." She said she'd take the check and have it ready for us Monday bahahaha! Why the heck would I give them over $170 to cash the check and have it ready Monday when I could just cash it at my bank Monday for free? Anyway, she kept insisting we let them cash the check and my husband had a hard time getting her to give it back. She was practically begging him to let her cash it. Needless to say we finally got it back. They must get paid commission!

While I understand that places like this offer high cost lending, I was in somewhat dire straights so I stopped in to inquire as to how much a $600 loan would cost for a 4 day advance. To be clear, I needed to borrow $600 for 4 days only. The lady at the counter told me that the cost would be between $15 - $20 for that short of a term. I thought that was pretty fair, so I went ahead and did it. When I returned 4 days later to pay the loan in full, as agreed, I was told that I now owed over $100 in fees! They told me that they were not responsible for what the clerk told me. Because of this, I wasn't able to pay the full balance that day and had to pay it over 2 pay periods. Because of this I ended up paying around $300 in fees for a $600 loan.

Ive never had a problem cashing a check with this company. They are very fair on what they charge and have great customer service. I would recommend them to anybody!

Horrible service. They kept putting my bank account into the negatives and was rude over the phone when I had questions and concerns. I don’t recomend this place to anyone if you are looking for a loan HEAD TO CASHMAX!

I went in about 30 minutes before closing the women there which I wrote her name down I will update another day however she was very personal and professional it was quick and painless
