OneMain Financial, Ontario, OH

My grandmother had 134 taken out of hwr huntington bank account and it said one main financial. So we called them because she did not recognize the charge. They said that they needed more information from her to see if she had an existing account and she doesnt but theres a charge from one main financial on her ledger. Megan told her shed "investigate" it further when she was gone for three days out of the office. When she got back my grandma went in bc this woman had promised her shed investigate it when she had no plans of doing so. They hung up on her today when she called to inquire about her money. They say its not their problem so to speak and refuse to do anything about it. My grandmother has stomach cancer and is 74 years od and i can gurantee you if this was their grandmother theyd do something about it. What a great place this is isnt it?

The customer service here is amazing! They are fast and efficient. As I was sitting in the office, I noticed that they did everything they could to answer every phone call. I could over hear them working with customers on making behind payments, just so helpful! I used this service to get out of credit card debt and it saved me so much money. I recommend to everyone!
