If you are looking for outstanding customer service, you have found the place! Nancy took care of me today, and she is so many things! Affable, personable, informative, friendly, efficient, thorough, professional... I could go on and on. When dealing with finances, there can be anxiety and worry about what are clearly sensitive issues. Nancy made me feel welcomed and eased any of my worry immediately upon our exchange of information. In these days, when lack of customer service is so prevalent, Nancy went above and beyond. Even if she weren't able to help me, her commitment to an outstanding experience is A+. It was very fast and easy! Danielle was super helpful today, I was in and our within an hour, as I just started. I was worried this would be a complicated process but Danielle made it so much easier for me. Will definitely be continuing service here.
