I have worked at the bank myself and I am not in favor of big banks which is why I bank at Credit Unions. Therefore, I went to Bay Area Credit Union and worked with Mr. Satia. From the beginning Mr Satia and Ms. Zenaida provided an amazing customer service towards my lending needs and tailored meetings around my schedule. It excites me in such extreme way that I opened my accounts at the Credit union and changed my credit unions. I am extremely happy how both Harry and Ms. Zenaida has taken care of my accounts and banking needs to Texas Bay Area credit union is the best.

Great credit union that offers great rates, customer service and gives back to it's members and community, I personally have had multiple car loans and a personal loan taken out and always had great customer service and rates on each of them! Christine helped me in my drive thru service today which was a quick and pleasant experience! I will be setting up a savings account for my newborn child thanks to talking with her. I recommend to all my friends and family

I had better service at the bigger banks like capital One and Discover. They charge so many fees and interest charges and they aren’t lenient, especially when you miss one payment for the first time. I have banked with them for years but the fees are ridiculous. Other banks have better overdraft protections and they are more understanding to your situation. I would look at other banks before coming to this one. I plan on closing my accounts soon and transferring banks

Having been a former employee of Bay Area Credit Union for many years, Farrah has always been my go to person. Every experience I had with her has been the best! She has always taken very good care of my finances ♥️ Highly recommend her!!

Best Credit Union in the Toledo surrounding area. They also have an app to check account balances! Plus their transfers between accounts are instantaneous. Definitely sticking with these guys!
