I would like to thank Breonna for her excellent, and professional way of talking to me, and taking care of my loan need. She treated me like a human, listen to the reasons why I needed this help. It wasn't a rushed appointment, she took her time to explain the terms of my loan, my options. I wish I had known about this place before! I recommend this place. Just be honest with your needs. The loan process is fast, and you don't have to gather a lot of documents. Thank you!

I have had nothing but problems with this place. Today for the second time I was called by a Main financial associate to set up a payment I told him yes let's set it up for the 25th he accidentally set it up for today and it was pulled out of my account and he is saying there's nothing they could do about it. I have been paying a crazy amount of interest I have made my payment every month for the past three years they have me locked into a loan that no matter what I do if I try to pay it off now it would be the same as if I paid it off two years from now. They have made multiple mistakes when taking money from my account and they could care less about what happens to you as a customer. I would strongly recommend you to stay away from this place

Ryan made this experience the most easiest I've ever been thru. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!!! Will always use OMF for all my financial needs.

Ryan Tina were great. I will be sure to use them In the future and recommend then if anyone e is looking. I just wish the apt was much lower. But that's how they do business. Thanks Ryan and Tina for believing in the customer not just following protocal.
