Very nice bank tellers and employees.are very helpful and friendly great place if you're looking for a loan.

I go to this bank all the time, for the most part service is very good and I get in and get out fast. There are a few “ladies” their whom always seem to be in a bad mood, like you are inconveniencing them to do their jobs

Denied my application without even checking my income

I recently took out a home equity line of credit and every time I go into pay on it I tell them exactly what I want and where I want it to go. And twice now they either don’t put the money in the right spot or they don’t pay what I’m asking them to put the money towards. And every time I go in the tellers tell me there is only one way it works and I’m up to 3 different versions of the story. They are trying to scam you out of as much interest as they can. Buyer beware. It has happened twice this year. No one at this location knows what they are doing. No training required for the job I guess
