This is a terrible bank rude rude and very rude the OLDER lady with the glasses is extremely rude they definitely need to fire her

I gave it 1 star I didn't want to give it at all....Deana Houseman is not professional at all she needs to learn how to deal with people I don't know where she came from but she's not good.. maybe I'll call the main office and say something she also is touching customers she needs to keep her hands off customers..Deana Huseman you definitely need to do a lot better

Put your money somewhere else. A burning barrel would be safer than this place

Ridiculously poor customer service. I only needed a replacement debit card and twice I've gone and couldn't get help. I was literally told I'd be better off going to another branch by the inept teller after being in line for 30 minutes. Taking my business elsewhere, their level of carelessness is intolerable!
