Absolutely Fantastic , I see all the other reviews and let me tell you the reviews could not be more wrong. I was dealing with Rachael from the start and let me tell you , she was great. Very fast with responses. You have to contact them by email ( and they tell you that ) and unless it was after 5pm she responded with in a hr if not with in 10 mins. they worked with me and my attorney to get me the amount that I was asking for. Out of all the places I have tried to get a loan to help my family in time of need, I am glad that I did not listen to the reviews and gave Buckeye a try. Rachael and her team were great. Rachael stayed in contact with me every step of the way and a week later My family was funded and back on track. Yes it takes time but that is only because Buckeye has to make sure all the paperwork is in order, lets face it, Buckeye is loaning you monies on a settlement that is not guaranteed. They really do go out of there way to help. Thank you Rachael and your team. I can not express how much you helped my family. I highly recommend buckeye, Rachael and her team, if you take the time and let them do there work it will be worth it in the long run. Best Place EVER. 5 STARS FROM ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put in a application on Friday and today which is Tuesday I received a call from the case manager stating that she will contact me again November the 26th to let me know if I was approved which is over a month from now. So I sent her this email; Good morning Due to 30 days necessary for you to process application I immediately withdraw my interest and further do not seek a cash Advantage from Buckeye legal Financial. Thank you for your time Keith Johnson I would not recommend this company.

I have apply and waited for a response from them . Is been a month and the case managers are a joke . I ask why you can’t fund my request she said it was the underwriters that the felt uncomfortable to fund this case . I don’t recommend waisting your time on this as a Branch Manager and financial background this was a bad customer satisfaction and service. I would like to say the way the communication and leaving message is like they don’t care about the consumer. Don’t wait a minute on this Company is a joke they need better management and people who love there job not when you say I’m going to write you a review, then I received a call and said I’m sorry but the underwriting dept. felt uncomfortable to fund this case what kind of answer is this is secured by the law firm this is there business to fund cases on there merit to begin .

Awaiting settlement, case still going and we all know how long that can take. Desiree and the other staff have been amazing! Help me when I needed it the most and always happy to do so. Thank you so much! You don't know the effect you had on me by being able to lend a hand!!! Can explain how bad things could have gotten! No gimmics, no BS... Just up front, honest, and personal service. Thank you!!!

I would like to thank them for taking the time out to get me approved. My case I'd in GA but I had to leave state an they still made sure I was informed every step of the way.
