Couldn’t be more grateful for Cornerstone Credit union and their team! I’ve been in such a financial dump for about 2 months (late on car payment, Credit card payment,Job searching etc.) Financial Specialist Christine has been very understanding and helpful finding the best options that fit me not just once but twice! Just wanted to show gratitude how truly thankful I am for the support in such a tough time in my life that I’m growing through! Highly recommend if you’re looking to invest in a safe credit union! Not only are they Financially helpful & organized but very genuine and supportive! 5 stars!

Started out with an ATV loan. They have been so great I have brought over all my loans to them and plan on making them my primary banking institution. Highly recommend. Sarah has made every transaction quick and smooth. Thanks for all you do!

Kris (kristine) is the absolute best. She is so quick to respond and extremely helpful with the lending process. We needed a second car loan quickly and she helped me get the entire process done within a just a couple hours and had a check ready for me to pick up before 5pm. I highly recommend using her for any loans you may need.

Everybody there is friendly and always greet me when I come in. Sarah was very helpful, getting me a better deal on financing for my recent car purchase.

They helped me with my very first loan to start building good credit back in 2016. I Absolutely love everything about here. The people are super nice and always recognize their customers. My loans will always be through here.

The branch itself is fantastic, but call centers need customer service training! When I called , very upset, about a mishap instead of a simple "I can't do anything to fix that, but let's fix your information on this" I was argued with. I've been a member for years and thanks to call center approach to customer service I'm switching. If you don't ever have to deal with any of the call centers the branch is wonderful with fantastic employees. Update: haven't spoken to call center again, but still love the Perrysburg branch! They are the only reason I stick around with this company.

The employees are very helpful and understanding. The app is well designed and runs well. Most important, I feel safe and confident in doing finance with them.
