Wright-Patt Credit Union, Piqua, OH

I have only heard good things about this credit union. That was until I started to bank here myself. All the systems are years backwards in comparison to any standard bank. No tap to pay with cards and very rude staff at just about every branch. I deposited a check via ATM I was called by financial crimes and told I was committing fraud because the check had my business name on it. When I opened the account I told my rep I would be depositing checks as my business until my EIN arrived. I was given the okay and they took two separate checks two weeks apart just fine. I put the third in and now I'm committing fraud and they put a 20 day hold on the funds (which were available immediately) in the bank I was belittled and patronized by the bank manager and when asked if I should take my business else where I was told yes. That Is not how anyone should do business. I had the writer of the check in the bank with all of his documents and they would not release the funds. I made them aware if my check wouldn't be released I would not make payroll and most things in my life would come to a halt. They told me they can release the funds if they wished but they were so upset with me they told me I should tell payroll to wait and not pay anything. They proceeded to carry on this process fast forward a week they take the amout the check was for from my funds that NEVER had the check released to it. This is a crooked place that is stuck in 2010 with disrespectful, stuck up, higher than God, employees. Please do not bank here it nearly made me bankrupt.
