Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have bought many electronics (monitors, laptops and tvs) from this store and have not had any problems. If an item does not work the 30 day piece of mind policy is cheap and I have never had a problem bringing something back if it was faulty.

Drove in to see if they would look at at watch I was hoping they would be interested in. Ryan was the girl that helped me. She spent at least 20 minutes researched the watch. I found that quite impressive. She told me in un-filtered terms that my watch and all that came with is was "too rare" and was not fitted to go to a pawn shop. A 2100 dollar watch for only a few hundred. She was honest and I liked that. We left on good terms and did not sell the watch. She and the store were good people. Ask for Ryan, she is what I would call. "A kindred spirit".

Customer service is great! 10/10 would recommend as the best pawn shop around. They don’t take junk, so you know you’re buying good quality products.

I have always been treated well at this location, the staff have always been courteous and helpful. Do they get busy? Yeah, on payday. Plan accordingly. I have pawned several items there and always feel the offers are fair, if not, I don't pawn the item in question. Simple solution. For those that need the services that Cashland offers, I would highly recommend the Ravenna location.

Will never go back to this place again. Even if an item is for sale on the floor it might not be for sale, depends on who you are and if their special customers have a vested interest in it. Also they dont honor the online prices that they are set at, so be ready for a different much higher price. Avoid.
