First time ever purchasing a car through a leasing company and I have nothing but good things to say about this company the one time I was late on my payment they were quick and willing to let me have an extra couple of days and now my car is paid off early with no penalty this place is great can't wait to buy another car through them

I’ve been with Tracir since 2018 for my current auto loan, and I have not had one issue thus far! I’ve only had to call their Customer Service line a handful of times since my loan started, but everyone I spoke with has always been so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

TRACIR Financial has been awesome for me and my family! When I had my Adrenal glands surgery and had to miss a couple months of work they gave me a chance to pay my car loan and never harassed me or calling to see if I’ll pay it. I would commend people that’s looking to pay a car note on a loan I would personally prefer them to TRACIR Financial. Thank you

I wanted to wait until around 6months to do this to give a accurate review. Mine is I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Ive made all payments on time sometimes early and always had Insurance except a 2-3 day lapse while switching companies. Since the beginning of my loan I have received letters and emails saying I didnt have insurance and would be charged 50$ which was not the case. These letters make me feel threatened and harrassed while being a good standing loan holder. Not to mention the lady thats said she specifically handles these was extremely rude and hung up on me twice when I brought it to their attention. This company has extremely poor customer service for good standing loan holders.

Absolutely horrible customer service, please be aware that if your account is over 30 days past due, you will be threatened with repossession, told how bad of a person you are for having to use high risk loans. My girlfriend spoke with Julie who was very rude, and when we spoke to Trisha, it was the customers fault because people don't like what they have to say. Worst financial company, bridgecrest is way more amazing. Tomorrow will be speaking with Brandon, maybe better luck, I'll update later. Please don't go through them, Ricart, should be ashamed, as they are the owners.

Lindsey, I can't express the joy and relief in my heart for everything you did for me this morning 11/6/23. Thank you for helping me accomplish the impossible. I pray the good lord blesses you in your life with the same kind of blessings you gave me today! I have been with tracir for 4 yrs, communications, paying faithfully, even if your in a worse case financially, they will work with you! I know this for a fact! If I ever decided to look for a place to finance another vehicle, I will only work with Lindsey! Please let Lindsey know who ever reviews this! She was amazing!

Just spoke to Michelle in customer service who was extremely rude from the word go. More or less accused me of being a liar without letting me finish what I was trying to say. Absolutely disrespect. Tone, the way she spoke to me like I was absolute garbage. Is this the image you really want for your company? I'd look at a replacement for Michelle pretty quickly if you don't want people refinancing and dropping your company. Edit: obviously you need to review again these are the exact same things you say on bbb complaint site. Constantly bad mouthing your clients. I now see and others mind see exactly how seriously you take these things.

I am so pleased with Tracir with my 2 vehicle loans one is paid off the other still paying. So kind and considerate when I was put in a bind. Thank you Cheryl Walters i
