I was talking to Joyce. She hung up on me for no good reason. I did not appreciate being disrespected. If she just did not want to give me the loan, then she could have just said no and goodbye. But she was giving me reasons that did not make sense. When I told her (very calmly) that I thought that I did qualify for a loan (and I really need it) and that I wanted to talk to someone else that might be able to override whatever "system" she was talking about, she hung up on me mid-sentence. I was not disrespecting her. I disagreed with her...apparently she thought that that gave her the right to hurt me.

They called me and left a message that said I applied for a loan. Which I didn’t and I called back first of all the lady had a attitude and was very rude, second I asked where they got my name for a loan and they said they had no idea that someone must have applied online so I thought someone was stealing my identity and before I could ask to put me on a line with someone that could tell me she hung up on me. POOR SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE AND A SCAM

Now the branch starts calling they day AFTER the payment is due (even though there is in fact a grace period to make your payment). I have also been threatened by them with a lawyer and wage garnishment for being 1 month behind (and I did pay it all up within 2 pays). I had switched jobs due to the current job cutting my hours and not being able to pay on time and asked for some help since I PAY for the insurance. Was told since I had a new car on my credit which raised my car payment that they would NOT be able to help me out at all. THINGS HAPPEN, I NEEDED a car to go to work, so yeah unfortunately I HAD to get a new vehicle, NOT by choice, but because of this they REFUSED to help me in any way. The interest rates are outrageous, you WILL pay back 3-4 times the amount you borrow. Once this account is done I will NEVER use this company EVER again.

Very friendly staff. Most of the initial paperwork was able to be completed online. The rates are a little high but kept me from going to one of those title loan places!

I have dealt with One Main and before when they were Springleaf. Always great service. Would recommend them to everyone!
