Unified Bank, Saint Clairsville, OH

All the ladies that work here are great, very respectful, and extremely professional.

I would give 0 if I could. I’ve had unified since I was 18 years old and they’ve continuously given me, friends and family and others issues for as long as I can remember. Unreliable, outdated and constantly with breaches in their security. Not to mention majority of their tellers/managers are rude unless you’re one of the few people that have thousands in their account all the time (I have witnessed first hand the difference in how they treat people while either waiting in line, past employees). I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy, let alone a regular person. I wish this bank and everyone that works there nothing but the worst. Maybe the next person to buyout unified (formally the citizens bank) can fix all the problems and inconsistencies they have. Unlikely though.

Mobile banking app never works! Some of the girls are clueless on what is going on. Went to deposit a check from my mom and they were asking me what the check was for?! NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!
