What a beautiful bank , and it's staffed with some wonderful people. I'm so impressed when I either go through the drivethrew or go inside, they know me. It gives me a good feeling. Some other banks make you feel like a stranger that they never seen before. Everyone at First Federal I have done business with could not have been more helpful.

Can only withdraw 600$ a day of your own money people rude when you call and have to speak to 3 different people before someone helps you. I am very unhappy with my bank but it’s the closest one to me I guess that’s the only good thing about it.

Charges you to take money out of your account. Only one bank in Sandusky.
