OneMain Financial, Sandusky, OH

My Experience with this branch was less than desirable. I've been a pleased One Main Customer for sometime now and, they mentioned to me if I need another loan or know someone who does please don't hesitate to reach plus there's a referral bonus. A good friend told me he was in the market for a loan for his business needs, so I recommended One Main without a doubt high interest loan but get the money quickly and easy process. I went through the branch in Fremont and was very pleased so I told him, however Sandusky is closer and so he applied and got the loan through them. I called about the referral bonus and they gave me and my friend the run around for 2 weeks. Very rude until I got fed up and called the corporate office and it got taken care of. Bad Customer service do not recommend!

When I filled out the application for the personal loan on line they called back with in an hour. I signed off on the loan in 48 hours. They were very helpful. I would refer them to anyone and everyone.

Horrible. Doesn’t tell you any fine print when they read the agreement to you. Very rushed. Will not go here again. Partner co signed for my car loan, which merged his personal loan into one big loan that I now have to pay because they neglected to tell us thats what would happen. No way of telling how much his part still is. Have to contact them for any information. Turning everyone away I know from this place. Theres been a few phone calls I've had with them some are professional some are very rude. I believe the only kind one that answered any questions I had was the manager. Zero stars.

Excellent once again. Very professional and help in every way they can. It's nice to know there is a place we can go with a positive mind. We were in desperate need due to water heater taking it's last breath and they were there to help. I Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You saved us. We have Hot water again . 100% would refer you guys.

Predatory lenders. Could not recommend against more. Worst loan process I have ever been apart of. They make it impossible to navigate and useless customer service.
