I've been using the Sandusky branch exclusively since YE21 and it really is the people. I had been going through the drive thru but decided to walk in the lobby, say how much I appreciated them, and deal directly with the lobby staff. Always a smile, always helpful, always efficient. They have the services I need for personal and small business, and I recommend them.

Worst bank I've ever banked with. You will get charged for anything and everything. I'd advise against banking here.

Loved this bank. Moved to GA but still use premier bank because they are amazing. I miss the staff at this branch so much because they were always helpful and kind.
