I called Lisa after losing faith in my original lender. I spent 3 months looking for a home in January-March. I sold my house in Bay Village and moved my wife and kids into a 2 bedroom apartment in February until we could find a new place. This was a very stressful situation. I had an “approval letter” from my first lender and I was ready to buy a bigger home for my wife and kids. In March someone accepted our offer and so I called my original lender to let him know we had an accepted offer. At this time he tells me how he’s not sure how easy it’s going to be to get my loan done and my interest rate was going to be high..(THIS WASNT THE TIME TO SAY THIS TO ME!) I found Lisa’s information on google the next day and gave her a call. I’m glad I did!! Our first call was about an hour long conversation and she talked me off the ledge. First she had me send over everything I had and once I had everything turned in she worked on it immediately. I already had money in escrow and I needed to have my loan done within 45 days. Lisa’s motto is “it’s better to be proactive than reactive”. So she wanted everything upfront and in perfect order to get the loan done in the time it needed to be done. She not only had my loan closed before the 45 day deadline but we had it switched from FHA to a conventional loan with a much lower interest rate than my previous lender. I’m not going to lie and say I wasn’t bugging out the whole time… and my situation wasn’t easy. But I honestly am confident that only Lisa at crossroads could’ve got this loan done. I’m very grateful for her and Krista for putting in the work for me and my family’s sake!! Thank you.

Lisa and Krista were a godsend! We are first time homebuyers. The process alone scared us to where we were questioning if it was worth it. We had contacted a few companies. Lisa was the first one to contact us. I'm so glad she was. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Lisa did not hesitate to answer all the questions we had, nor did she give us the impression that we were a nuisance for it. She went above and beyond for us. She also talked to us like we were more than just business relations. She asked about our family and our life frequently. We were given options that best fit our financial needs. She said 30 days or less and we will close on whatever house you choose. Man she wasn't lying about that (even the realtor of the seller was impressed)! We found the home we wanted. Lisa and Krista worked very hard to get everything in order. She had us signing the final closing papers within 22 days. Not saying she can do that for everyone, but she made it a less scarier process for us. I couldn't have found a better place to work with! We will definitely recommend her and her business. When we decide to refinance, she will be our go to then as well.

Was recommended by someone and I honestly didn’t have much hope due to my credit score. Lisa called me at 8pm when most lenders are gone and done for the day and spent over an hour on the phone with me and my fiancé going over everything. She reassured me that the situation I’m in isn’t as horrible as my brain tries to make it seem. She’s working with me to get my score up where I need to be and approve us for a loan amount that I didn’t see possible for another 3-5 years for us. Although we haven’t been pre approved just yet, I can tell that this is the place I needed to come to.
