My experience with the Sidney branch has been nothing but amazing I have worked with both Lisa and Elizabeth and have been treated amazing they are kind, helpful and accommodating they really do make you feel valued and heard. I appreciate the fact they always make themselves available are knowledgeable just A+ people. It speaks to the value of people connection and lost art of customer service. I also believe it's also in part to great leadership setting examples as Julie always does keep up the good work continue setting those great standards

Lisa took care of me, and gave me all the information and help I needed, she was very polite & kind and made sure I was aware of everything I was singing. She was very good and I was so comfortable with her!
