The entire team at fifth third are always friendly and ready to help! I never feel as though I’m inconveniencing them if I have a question or an issue. They’re the only bank I’ve ever banked with that will actually call you back when they say they will. Special shout out to Dana, I know several people as well as myself who have her as our banker and each one of us has had multiple experiences where she has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service.

They refuse to allow me to withdraw money as they said there was a hold on the account but could not say who the hold was from. Turns out after leaving and returning they still had not figured it out. Ultimately there was no hold.

Came in for a few questions and Danna (I think her name was) was very polite and helpful. Quick and easy!

Great employees who seem to genuinely care about their customers. Only reason for not 5 stars are their fees but that's the issue with all banks.
