Horrible went to this location because I talk to Shane and would me out. I took out a 20k loan from this bank and I then paid off the note entirely. Then they charge me a 50 dollar service charge on the account that I did not know about after the account was paid in full by the time I realized there was a 50 dollar service charge to maintain the account with a 0 balance it was to late. My credit had got ding and shot down my core. Horrible bank and shows you that people are not willing to help people because I went to complain and ask them to contact credit bureau said they would but has not happened I will now tell everyone I know to give them a one star because they don’t treat people they just look at the numbers and yes you are a number to them

Refuse to make make change unless you have an account there. I want no part of a bank that refuses provide the most basic of banking services to the general public. No, they refuse to provide any service unless they can nickel and dime you. I'll continue my banking needs elsewhere, just needed some change in a pinch.

This bank is horable, Every time I go in this place the employees have cell phones in their hands texting. This is not a good way to do bussiness. they should not be alloud to use their phone at work.
