I have been in twice now in three days. When I went in three days ago I was pleasantly surprised as to the friendliness right away. I was initially greeted by Traci and she was great. I then met the manager Aliyah and she was a sweetly as well. I commented how impressed I was with the customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone. I went in again today. They are busy all the time. I am sure it’s because of the wonderful service they offer.

I bought a "smart tv" not even two weeks ago, I took it back to the store within 7days after buying it because I can't get the TV to work with the smart remote for anything at all. I even tried to sync my cable remote to it, and downloading smart remote to my phone, and nothing works. The store rep told me because I didn't buy their bogus plan that they wanted me to buy the TV was sold as is even within the 7day of buying. So now I'm stuck with a incapable "smart tv" that I have to turn on with the actual power button and I can't even change the volume. $300+ wasted, I won't ever go back to this shop.

Wish I could have gave them zero. I needed help from a manager and they left me on hold forever, finally I just hung up. With all the changes in state laws you would think they would be more willing to help their pre existing customers. But then again, you are not exactly known for your customer service. Thanks for wasting my time.

I've always had good service with them and enjoyed the products I've bought from them. TVs blu ray players games and tools etc and everything has been priced right and I've never had any issues.

The customer service was absolutely AMAZING. Alora was so helpful with everything I needed and made the process so easy for me. Wonderful business.
