Employees give misinformation and when it causes an overpayment out of your account no one is held accountable and the process to refund money owed to the customer can take 5-7 business days! UNACCEPTABLE for those individuals who live on a tight budget!

very deceptive practices.. now they loan with a 3rd party company named crestline, they have a "hidden" annual fee of almost $180, they got my wife on this.. we are in the process of getting a charge back on it.. you have 1 week to pay off the loan.. be very careful if you use them but i wouldnt, there are several companies out there willing to rip you off but not as bad as checksmart does.. gave 1 star because i had to in order to post but they arent even deserving of it..

Checksmart has recently changed the hours for this location. Monday through Friday is now 8AM-9PM, Saturday stays 8AM-8PM and Sunday has changed 11AM-4PM. This is effective Sunday, January 12th. All Checksmart stores stay open a few minutes later than the posted time so even if you’re running late, feel free to stop by! 😀 …
