The current manager is inexperienced in terms of giving you the best possible outcome of whether you’ll be approved or not. You’ve got a lady at mariner finance that knows how to ask all the right questions and tell you if you’d be approved or not likely approved. A lady at that too. She asked what my w2 income was Said if I can’t show actual paperwork on the other jobs, doesn’t count unfortunately. Asked if I can have a co-signer. Not an option for myself. And she was able to tell me based on her years of experience I would not be approved bc of the lack of proof of income. Avoided the hard inquiry. So if you’re trying to avoid a hard inquiry and have only 1200 income a month to show and work independent c jobs. Don’t waste your time here. Steve was in a hurry to put in an application then didn’t bother to follow through when asked for more documentation - being a tax return. The company itself will just send you letters that you qualify for ‘x’ amount. In actuality, it’s just an advertisement scheme to lure people in. Forget the Kettering office as well. They don’t answer phone calls or return them for this matter. So much has changed in the last 2 years in quality and regards to one’s credit. Go to mariner finance.

Although I only had taken a loan out over 4 months ago I was able to contact One Main and rewrite my loan to receive extra cash to pay down more debt. All it took was just one phone call and it happened. Love the Service and love the staff. This is one place you can count on.

Talk to rep in November pay extra payment for December to have it out the way. Still pulls money out and ask if they can give my money back since it still pending the day of. Ruin Christmas making my account go negative now Im taking bank fees and extra loan payment that a payed already in advance before a week before Christmas. This will be my last loan with these guys. I’m paying my principal quick as possible so I don’t have to deal with this anymore

This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonferful team-mates. Their reputation is well-earned. A++

Very easy process. Val spent quite awhile on the phone with me listening to my fears very patiently. Got quick approval, and able to close a couple of days later with money directly in my account. Would have done it ages ago if I had known it would be this easy.
