We have been doing business with Rose City for many years and I highly recommend them.. Through the years, Sam has created beautiful custom jewelry for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and great value we've received. I love using friendly, honest Springfield small businesses.

Oh man... Where to start! Location is so hidden and so scarce that half the criminals in Springfield probably don't know about it. And E. Washington St. to boot?! I didn't even let my wife stay in the car by herself. So I'm actually looking to buy an acoustic guitar. Played 30 years but haven't had one for about 6. I immediately notice ONE guitar - period! It's an acoustic - but small and from the 70's maybe (not a classic). I look around for redeeming qualities but sadly find none... Even the jewelry is very little to choose from and the building is already tiny so I would have it packed. Make sure you walk around back because the front entrance is there - facing railroad tracks.

Sam not only is honest and sells quality items, but he also makes time for his customers after hrs. Tonight I needed to make a payment, I knew he was closed, but I contacted the store thru messenger and within just a few minutes he responded. He didn't tell me what time to meet him there, instead he asked what time was convenient for ME to come by. Wow!! And when I came in he didn't treat me as if I were imposing on his day and try to rush me out - he was his usual happy self and took time to not only take my pmt but also chat awhile. How many business people do you know who will meet you at their business after hrs at a time convenient for YOU?!? This is just one of the many reasons I've done business with Sam and will continue to do business with him for years to come!!! Fantastic prices, quality products and exceptional service!!! Great place to get what you need, they check everything they take in so you know it works when you purchase. Family owned/ operated and friendly, Sam and his family are the best people.
