Premier Bank, St. Clair Township, OH

The majority of the tellers are great. But this bank offers no real benefits for their customers (including no 24 hr grace period of over drafts.) When an issue arises the branch manager Cathy Grafton lacks the customer service skills that should be required to manage any business. I would not suggest banking with Premier.

Not a GREAT bank but better than CHASE or HUNTINGTON ETC. The staff at my Calcutta location is GREAT just don't like some things the bank lacks or doesn't offer.
