The staff and management incompetences is just baffling, went in here to setup a business account and was told I couldn’t be do it due to date on certificate being 2 days early. You’re legally allow to operate for 90 day prior to the official date. Left here Called 53rd corporate business customer service they directed me to another location. stated I shouldn’t have any issue setting it up and they noted the issue and apologies for the staff not knowing the correct way. Further the Person who helped us was very nose into our business which she had no right nor was it appropriate to comment on “Our Business” To the staff at king and Central. Articles of organization is required to verify right to do business in the state, once certified they can operate in the state for 90 days prior to effective date. Another bank has our business, credit card, and future loans way to lose out!

Very helpless staff I would not even open account with them I needed a notary and. They would not do it The lady had no clue what to do They are absolutely not worth to do business with Never seen employee that is lost in such a way

These folks are just plain out rude. I will be driving the extra mile to go to the door street location.
