I had a loan through here which I paid off early. I had two problems with this place. 1). I was forced to have gap insurance and lied to about it. This was between both Matthews Ford and PFS. They force you to have it and Matthews became a part of it. I was told that I HAD to have it for the loan, that it was a requirement. I found out later that they cannot force you. It's even on the contract I signed, but they were about to close and rushed me through unfortunately. 2). When my loan was paid off, they didn't officially sign off of my title. I received my title, but it fell down behind my drawer and couldn't be pulled out. The title office called them and asked to have the release faxed over to them, to which they responded they would send it right away. 15 minutes later it hadn't come yet and I had an appointment. I had come immediately in the morning so I could get this done. This was an urgent situation. I called them back 15 minutes later and was told someone else was about to send it immediately. I waited five minutes and called again,at which time I was he had it in his hand and was sending it "right now". Five minutes later it still hadn't arrived, so I called again. At this point he got extremely nasty with me, because he had lied and said it would be sent right away. By now it had been about 40 minutes. He threatened me with not sending it at all and forcing me to drive over and pick it up. At no time was I ever nasty, nor did I raise my voice to him. I simply called because he didn't act on his word. If he had originally said it would be 30-40 minutes, I would have driven over right then. Instead, he lied and caused this situation. Thankfully, since this original loan, I've worked on my credit, which was caused mainly by divorce issues. I would not only never deal with these people again, but would advise you not to deal with them as well.

Worst loan company I have ever been through. Kept raising my rates which forced me to forfeit my car after only having a year left to pay it off. This place is a scam, do not finance anything through them!

Place sucks, as close as a scam as possible they are rude disrespectful, not to mention I'm paying more than three times what I was supposed to be paying, never again. Very shady business.
