Stellar service 100% of the time. I may not care for banks in general but I truly feel like Trent first Financial are family.

Every single time I’ve called, they send me to voice mail. They completely changed their apps and users passwords with no remorse or care. Want to know your new password and info that THEY changed? Oh well you can’t because they won’t answer your call.
