Very professional service, Carrie greeted me at the door for some documents I needed notarized. She provided two employees for witnesses and they were very pleasant. Overall great experience.

The atm took my debit card during business hours while I was on a roadtrip. I went inside to have them retrieve my card from the machine so I could continue on my trip and they refused to get my card out of the machine because their machine malfunctioned and took the card. Imagine being on the road when a bank like this inconveniences you, and imagine trying to keep from getting angry inside the bank because of their screw up. Customer service obviously isn't a priority even when you have a business account with fifth third. You're just a number to them.

Would NOT recommend this 5/3 Branch and would highly recommend you seek another branch. What is the point of being a customer of the bank if you cannot cash a check or have access to the funds for almost two weeks due to a "hold" that no matter what I research doesn't seem to exist, with NO notice this was a possibility. Teller was exceptionally rude and unhelpful.
