I was told that they would email me with in 30 minutes to give me information and to send back a picture of my ID, pay stub and insurance card and that they would be back in touch with me today. Never got an email and never heard back from anyone whether we were approved or not.

My experience was pleasant. They do their best to meet the personal needs of their customers and they certainly came through for me at a crucial time in my financial needs. My bills which was getting out of control have been consolidated and now I can begin to rebuild my credit without having to worry about falling through the cracks of endless annual percentage rates on multiple creditors. Shout out to Sasha in the troy location you handled my situation very well and guided me through understanding the process and shout out to Brandon the branch manager for the follow up in contacting me to insure the process went through satisfactory. I would recommend their services to anyone in a financial bind and or someone looking to rebuild their credit.
